There have been so many stories in the news lately about "false new" or "alternate news"  and no im not going to get all political here because i cant stand politics.  But let get something straight.......all news is "alternative" news.  What i will say is this, be VERY careful about where you get your facts.  ill keep this in the fitness and nutrition realm but it really goes for EVERYthing around us.  There are powers that be that are trying to get you to do this or that.  There are big money groups that want you to eat a certain way so they give you all these reports that say you should eat this or that.  Come to find out that the "facts" arent really true but they were to help push you in a certain direction.  Sometimes the place they push you to is so their other groups can come into play and give you certain medications to take of the issues the foods give you.  Then when you take the medications, the other groups come into play to help you deal with the effects of the medications you have been taking.  The fact is.....EVERYTHING you hear or read has a slant to it.  You will really never know all the facts so its your job to educate yourself as much as you can.  Research, ask questions, try to find information on either side, learn everything you can about it before you just blindly follow.  Like i said this goes with everything.  Honestly what has spawned this was not the election or the march but me looking at health and fitness.  How people are told what to eat, how people are told what will make them healthy, how people are told what exercises to do, how people are told what supplements to take.  Do the research. Become the expert and reap the benefits of REAL knowledge :)
