Whenever we do the things we do, there is a battle going on in your head.  Of course there are times the battle is louder than others.  This battle is the between the positive voice and the negative voice.  You have heard them.  The Positive voice is your self confidence.  The one that tells you, "you got this!"  The Negative is your self doubt.  The one that says "this is too hard. You cant do it so just stop."  The more intense the situation, the louder the voices.  How do you silence the negative voice?  First you have to train yourself not to listen to it.  The way you do this is that every time, THAT voice announces its self, you need to do one more rep, or take one step more, or go just a little bit longer.  The more times you do this, the more you will be used to not listening to it.  The way you push through is to try to mask the voice.  Cover it with your own voice.  Repeat a phrase, a simple statement or mantra over and over again.  Something like "you are ok."  or "Keep moving."  These are simple but can be said over and over easily and trick your mind from not hearing the negative.  This is important because your brain will litterally try to justify to you why its better to stop instead of to keep moving.  You need to learn to beat this.  This IS the difference between success and failure :)
