When you get really pissed, you have a choice.  You can choose to react and fire off right then or you can sit and cool off for a sec.  Many times you know what you want to say but you won't be able to say it until you chill your emotions out a bit.  You have to decide.  Do you want the best outcome or something that may only feel right for a second?  Take the second or you may have a bunch of other problems you have to deal with. :)
