It's easy to say that the workouts you HATE to do the most you should do.  But its much harder to actually do it.  Why?  Mostly because when we can't do something we feel we are less than.  We feel weak.  We feel dumb.  We feel clutsy.  We feel stupid, or whatever thing you can think of.  The fact is that the more we hide from these things, the worse we get at them.  We don't get worse because we haven't done it.  We get worse because now its mental thing.  We believe we will always be bad at it.  We think that there is NO WAY we will be able to do it.  The only way to beat this is to confront it, every time.  Will you become the best at it?  Maybe, maybe not but at least you won't be scared of it.  So show up and crush those things you suck at.  Don't be a cherry picker!!:)
