The key to CrossFit is INTENSITY!!! It's not about doing more. It's about doing better. So are you doing better? Do you feel lik you need to do more? How about doing more in the workout you are about to do! That means go faster. If you arent slammed at the end of it, then more than likely, you went to easy. If you feel like you can go right into another workout, then you didnt put enough into your first one. Dont waste the time you have. Get in there and GO FOR IT!!! Happy Sunday!:)
