How important is it to you?  Your actions will define that.  The first show of how important it is that if you want to do something you won't wait until Monday to do it, or the beginning of the month, or until after the holidays.  You will start it RIGHT NOW!!  If you give yourself an excuse of "it will just be better to start after this or that"........then you are proving to yourself that it's not as important as you think it might be.  You are putting it lower on the priority list.  Its just an "I wish I could" at that point.  The next thing would be how long you are able to stick with it.  Most people will be all gung-ho for the first 2 weeks, then they will fall off.  They will let excuses get in the way.  They will justify to themselves about about why they weren't able to do this or that.  Again, if things get in the way, then its not as important as you originally thought.  Im not saying this to tell you that things aren't important but rather to tell you to not let yourself get swayed so easily away from the things you want to do.  Dont make it just an "I wish I could".  Make it an "I will!" :)
