GEEEEEEZZZSHUT UP!!!!  hahahahok no not you!  But i gotta say it bugs me when you are asked a question, and someone else answers right over you, or just wont shut up and let you answer!  I was recently asked for some advise about an injury.  And as i started to give my thoughts, a person right by me decided to jump in and give all of THIER advise and thoughts.  Talked right over me, i honestly couldnt get a word in at all.  I just stopped talking.  Now im not saying that if you have some information that you shouldnt be able to be involved in the discussion, but i think some people have forgotten how a discussion or communication works.  First, someone talks.  Once they are done, then the information is taken in and processed by the listener who then responds to the information.  The roles have now reversed and this goes back and forth.  Sure there may be stepping on some toes with jumping in a little too fast but for the most part this should be the order.  But for gods sake.....if you arent in the conversation originally, then STAY out of it until you are asked for your thoughts.  I dont know if people feel the need to speak out of turn because they need to feel like they are involved or if they are trying to show off some knowledge they have but all it really does is jack up the entire coversation and piss people off.  So back to my original statement.......SHUT UP!!!!  Dang thats two soap box rants in two weeks!  hahahok ill stop now......but really.......shut up:)

15 min AMRAP:

.......5 reps Jerk (155/105, 50%1RM, wt to get 18-22UB)

.......20 reps Sit Ups

*increase 10# each round.  If you fail the reps, you will have one more attempt at the full 5 reps.  if you fail again then do the sit ups and try that weight again.  Score with the highest completed wt for set of 5 reps.
