Its amazing what nice weather can do.  Waking up to the sunshine, feeling the heat on your face or back during the day, and being able to sit outside in the evening is not only relaxing, but its relaxing for the soul.  Not sure why it affects me so much.  Maybe it brings me back to the days when i was a kid.  Growing up in Arizona we had all kinds of warm sunny days.  Maybe it reminds me of surfing days when i would wake up and get my morning coffee then hit the surf (mostly thinking of warm Mexico trips here lol).  Maybe it reminds me of the "golden hour" of the late afternoons when i used to lifeguard at the beach.  Basically, all these things bring me back to happy moments.  And all it takes is a moment like this to bring my mind and heart back.  So, if you get the chance, get outside.  And for those in California, we FINALLY get the long days starting again!!!! SPRING AHEAD!!!!:)
