There are so many saying out there about working hard.  "JUST DO WORK!" , "I didn't say i was better than you, just that ill out WORK you!", etc.  Work is extremely important when you are wanting to accomplish things.  I do believe that those that can work hard will out do those that dont have that ability, even if the other person has more natural talent.  Usually working hard means that you are putting yourself into uncomfortable situations in a controlled setting so that when you NEED to really go for it, you are used to it.  But what's the point of working hard for no reason?  I dont mean to take the easy road, but instead to make sure the work you are doing is the RIGHT work.  Just because you are beating your head against the wall over and over doesnt mean that you are getting better at whatever you are trying to do.....unless its about getting really good at smashing your head against the wall. The object is to work SMARTER not HARDER.  Smart work doesnt mean it isnt hard .  It means its more efficient work.  You are doing things that really matter, and more of them.  You are being smart about your work. You are pre-planning your work.  You are prioritizing your work.  You are analyzing your work.  More work isnt better.  Better work is better!!  Now get to WORK!! :)
