"I dont want to but i will...."  For those that are driving for some sort of goal in their life, this statement will come up a bunch.  First off, if there is something you want to achieve, you cant NOT want to do the work.  You have to love to train.  You have to love to coach. You have to love to save. You have to love to program.  You have to love to "fill in the blank".  If you dont love doing it, then the journey to get to where you want to go will be pretty unenjoyable.  Mostly, because doing hard work and making yourself uncomfortable isnt enjoyable lol!  There will be days when you are just on fire. You feel good, strong, empowered, smart, etc and those days are easy to keep going.  Those arent the days that make you a champion or a success.  Its the days when you feel off, you feel tired, you feel sore, you are irritated, you are bothered, etc.  These are the days where you need to focus on what you trying to accomplish.  These are the days when you need to declutter your head with all the "reasons" why you cant/wont/shouldnt and try to get that laser focus on the goal and task at hand.  You dont want to .....but you will......do the things you need to do.  It may not be pretty.  It may not be the best day, but you will be doing the work and on these days its like doing the work with a weighted vest.  Just keep on moving and driving forward.  Make this drive be your habit, and eventually, you will be able to push through anything that may be standing in your way:)
