CHEATERS!!!!!!  WTF people!!!!  Ok i know there is the lure of wanting to be an athlete, or a someone in this world. But the fact that people are willing to go to ANY length to make that happen is GROSS!  I have been an athlete my entire life.  I have seen drug enhancement use, i have seen liers and have seen poor sportsmanship like no other.  But i cant believe what i just saw last night!  There is an athlete in the Nor Cal Region that was sitting in the #2 spot overall.  He is a 44 year old masters athlete.  They asked him to submit the Snatch Open workout as they did for the other top 40 in the region, and it was flagged as suspect.  So they asked him to send the 17.5 workout.  After reviewing it, it was shown that he took the first round and looped it on video for the 10 rounds!  He has been banned from competition for 4 years by CrossFit.   COME ON PEOPLE!!!!  I come from a family of athletes.  To me, there is a Code of Honor in athletics.  I truly believe that there is high honor for those that compete.  The Honor Code is like that of warriors:  sure you want to crush your opponent but you give respect to them because they choose to put their hat in the ring, like you.  But for those hunks of shit that defile that code......  i honestly hope you get yours.  You dont deserve to be called an athlete.  You dont deserve to be called a champion. You dont deserve to be called an inspiration.  You are a total embarassment.  For those of you that did the things you were supposed to do and they way you are supposed to do it, much respect.  And this goes to our members.  I got to see you all push hard, try again, do better, succeed, fail, learn, move forward, and keep on pushing.  I have more respect for you than you know!!! :)
