We all do it.  Some WAY more than others.  But what's the point of it?  I'm talking about complaining.  There are a couple different types.  There is the complaint of how bad something is just before you have to do it.  Usually, this is done to either hope that it will get changed so you don't have to do it, or it's done to be able to set up a sort of excuse system so that if you don't do very well on it, then you will have your "reasons" why.  The other is usually done to let everyone around you know just how hard YOU have it compared to them.  This is a funny one.  I guess it's so they feel sorry or bad for you and about what you have going on.  Now like I have said before, we have all done this so this isn't pointing anyone out.  But what I am doing is trying to help you come up with a reason not to do it.  When you do your complaining, I'm sure there is a general hope that the person can empathize with you and what you have going on. Maybe you want them to feel sorry for you.  But even with all this, what's the point?  Who cares what someone else thinks about what you are or aren't doing and the reasons why its happening?  Are you concerned about what they are thinking?  Do you think they will go and spread some nasty story about you?  Even if they do.....who cares!  Don't give THEM the power by feeding into their crap.  You don't need to explain why you are doing x,y, or z.  Just do what you need to do and be ok with it.  Because in reality, you are the ONLY one that needs to be ok with it!! :)
