How important is mobility to you?  Well, it should be VERY important and the reason is that if you can move better, or be in a better position, then you will have more stability and more stability mean more strength.  But not just strength, it also means less injuries.  We all hate being injured.  So if that's the case, what should you do?  We each have a different issue when it comes to mobility.  Because of this, we need to tend to our issues.  This isn't a class time issue, this is a YOU COME TO CLASS AND TEND TO YOU issue.  We have all the tools you need in the gym and are open to be used anytime.  The best option is NOT to wait for the trainer to lead you through a piece of mobility, but rather show up 10 minutes early and grab the ball, band, or roller and take care of your bits.  Then, if you need to do anything after, then go for it!  Every day there is a generic mobility video for you that will relate to the workout somehow.  Use this so you aren't sore or tight anywhere, but do something!  Our job is to keep you safe.  I hope that that is YOUR job also.  between the both of us, we should have injury covered: )
