What is the whole goal of this crossfit thing? We all want to look good, maybe lose some weight, maybe get some muscles, maybe look better naked or to be able to do the things we used to do when we were a few years younger, right?  The way crossfit works is it's designed to achieve exactly that. Whatever thing you're hoping to get, you can if you follow the program here at Inferno. Sometimes people get discouraged because they see the entire reason that they're here hinging on the fact that they want a particular weight on the scale.  But that number doesn't mean anything. My background was as a wrestler and all wrestlers do is make weight.  Even though I would 15 pounds, it didnt mean that THAT was my normal weight.  It was just the weight on the scale. The REAL thing we want is to be able to be healthier and more fit for longer. This means "increased work capacity over broad times and modal domains" for longer.  To be able to do that, you need to be come as well rounded of an athlete as you can and this means you have to iron out all the things that you're bad at. So if you hate to run, you hate to squat, you had to do pull ups, whatever, those are the days you need to come to the gym. The more well-rounded you are, the better you will be at everything. The better you are at everything, the more of all the benefits you will get.  So if you see a workout that you really cannot stand to do, make sure you come to that one because that's the one you NEED to be at!  I'll see you in the gym:)
