We have all said it and we have all heard it said to us.  It may have been in another form, something like "don't be a baby", "suck it up", or "don't be a little bitch."  Yes, it is crass, and could even be seen as rude but it EXTREMELY effective to get a point across.  Here's the thing, we all have times of weakness.  We get tired, we make that face of "OMG I can't take any more", we start to feel sorry for ourselves.  It's at these moments that we NEED something to snap us back into it.  We don't need some long lecture about mental toughness or the pros and cons of what this will do for our future lives.  It's the here and now and you NEED to make a change!  S o here it is.......Don't be a PUSSY!!!  That's right you heard me.  If you are trying to slide your way out of something for no good reason, don't be a pussy.  If you are giving up because whatever you are doing is tough, or difficult, or tiring, don't be a PUSSY!  If you are giving yourself all kinds of excuses about why this isn't working or that isn't working and instead of putting your head down and getting to work, you slow down.......DONT BE A PUSSY!!!!  We can all take way more than we think.  This doesn't mean you have to do it all on your own and you can't ask for help (you're not being a pussy if yo ask for help...you are being resourceful).  But if you ask someone for help and you don't do your part.......DONT....BE.... A ....PUSSY!!!!   So when it get tough, practice pushing yourself through it because when it gets REAL bad you want to be able to have the toughness to push on through.  Just tell yourself, thats right you guessed it........;)

FEEL THE BURN!!!
