You have a choice each and every time things get bad.  You can choose to stop or you can choose to push forward.  Most of the time stopping means you are "quitting" and pushing onwards means you are "strong".  I wouldn't say these are absolutes at all.  In fact, there isn't a right or a wrong answer in any of these.  But they both have ramifications attached to them.  Its always as easy as one is easier than the other.  Stopping might make the immediate discomfort go away, but maybe the later stuff might be tough to contend with.  Maybe pushing through seems right but you have to realize that it may be crushing you and not really worth it in the end.  What I'm saying is that you ALWAYS need to be smart about making your decisions.  Look at the pros and cons then go.  But when you go, then you have to commit to the action and be in 100%.  You can't half-ass it.  Life is really about commitment and the more you are committed to your actions the more you will be ready to take what comes from the decisions!  :)
