So the tactic when you travel overseas is to just stay up!  I wasn't able to sleep on the plane because, well...its juts not comfortable for me at all.  But since they say you need to stay up to get yourself on the right time clock, I stayed up until 11 pm the following day.  so a total of 30 hours.  It sucked but it definitely worked!  I felt great the next day.  Try it next time!  Be sure you are watching all the unreal races happening around the world for the final week of Regionals!!:)
