Do you have a goal in life?  Of course, we all have the"amount of money a year", "to take a vacation there", "to lose this amount of weight", "to do better in school", etc.  These are all great goals.  But usually when you hit these goals then you have to come up with something else.  You are constantly having to come up with new ideas.  What if you came up with a goal that was all the way at the end of your life.  For instance, I have a goal of wanting to reach AT LEAST 100 years of age.  Can you imagine it?  Being able to say that you have seen and actually lived through a century of life?  Of course, there will be some stepping stone goals along the way.  I want to be able to provide for my kids, I want to win the CrossFit Games, I want the INFERNO to be successful, I want to be able to market the Masters Athlete, etc.  But none of this can happen if I don't have a long and functional life.  When I say that I want to make to 100, Inot meaning to get there just on time alone.  I want to be alive and kicking at 100 years old.  I want to be able to be active, I want to be able to enjoy the world, I still want to be able to live.  Is it even possible?  Well, I think it is.  Of course, I'd need to be able to take care of myself to be able to do something like this.  It will take proper nutrition. It will take proper movement so that I'm not broken.  It will take understand how to limit the stress in my life so that my body can work on recovery and not dealing with crappy stress stuff.   In fact, if you think about it, if this is my goal then it should very well help out in ALL the other goals I have along the way. That's, not a bad goal:)
