Have you ever been in the zone?  What did it feel like?  It probably felt pretty damn good:)  They call this "Flow".  Flow is when you lose yourself in the task at hand.  If you "lose yourself" in something then there is this intense focus on the task, but not in a negative way.  You are so into what you are doing that you arent even thinking about it.  Its just happening.  And with this focus, there is actually a calm and joy that is felt.  Time seems to warp because you aren't rushed because you have to be rushed.  You are just moving efficiently and efficient is smooth and smooth is fast.  Have you ever felt this?  It can be in anything.  So when did you feel flow?:)
