That damn voice in your head!  The one that tells you its too heavy, you are too tired, that you could stop right now and no one will know, etc.  You know the one im talking about.  Sometimes its a sweet voice that justifies you stopping and sort of makes you feel like a champ for making it as far as you did.  And other times its a screaming yelling voice telling you to stop right now or you might REALLY die or have your lung implode or something!  But either way, that is the line drawn in the sand.  That is THE point that will determine whether or not you are getting better.  It is the moment of improvement or making the road to improvement longer.  This is all because "we are what we do."  If you start to stop when it sucks, then that will become your MO (mode of operation for those that dont know that).  For those that battle that and make it over the line sometimes, then your body will be used to getting into the fight and battling through all the pain and discomfort.  This is where winning happens!  Block out those voices!  Push that line back!  Make it habit to excel!!!:)
