I saw a sticker on a car yesterday that said: "....but did you die!"  I loved it!!!  It seemed very "bring it on" to me.  Very confident!  It's like you went through this whole ugly gnarly thing and then LAUGHED at the fact that you didn't die while you did it!  So rad!!!  But this is what I see with all of you that do our workouts!  Look, I don't design workouts to be painful or hellaciously hard just because or to try to be cool.  Yeah, they can be heavy for some, they can be long for some, they can be technical for some, or they can be to fast for some.  Yes, that's true.  But as you all know the workout are designed for the best and scaled for the rest as a general rule.  And everyday you either wake up and see the workout set up for the day on your phone, or you show up at the gym and stroll over to the board to see whats in store.  And then you just hit it!  Our culture has grown to where you will look at the craziness, shrug your shoulders and say ok let's go!  I could totally mess up and put something that's impossible and you guys wouldn't even bat an eye about it. You'd just go for it!  Not afraid or anything.  Just on!  I hope you realize just how fucking awesome that is!!  When you aren't afraid then you are able to perform.  You can just do what you do.  Imagine what this would be like in all the other aspects of your life!  See what happens when you just do the "shrug the shoulders and go" thing outside of the gym.  I bet you will find that some pretty amazing things will happen!!:)
