my computer took a dump so I’m doing this on my phone. So no big positive affirmation today. However, I will say that 18.2 should be NOTHING but an everyday occurrence. We do burpees. We do squats. We use dumbbells. We do cleans. This is your regular thing. When you decide to stay the OPEN Workout, don’t be nervous. You should be in a very comfortable place. Be confident in your abilities and have a some fun!! :)
