There can be many different things that make success not happen. One of the biggest hindrances to success is worrying what others think about YOU while you are doing it. Maybe you need to learn something or you aren't very good at a particular movement or skill yet. How do you get better at it? You have to practice it. You may need to go back to some of the very elementary steps to get up to speed on them. How do you feel when you see others that don't need this "remedial" training? This is where people get weird about it. They don't like the fact that others see them doing something "less - then" or that they are "beneath" them. I get it. NO one wants to feel inferior. But if you are wasting time and energy worrying about it what other people are thinking about then you will be making that whole thing of trying to get past those weak spots take WAY longer than it needs to. You won't be fully concentrating on fixing it. You'll be partially trying to get better, you'll be rushing it so you don't have to be in the "slow kid" class and you will be worried that people will be talking behind your back. With all of this, how are you supposed to be learning and improving at maximum potential and quickest time? You won't. Improvement takes concentration. It takes commitment. It takes not worrying about anyone else other than you and your improvement. Leave everyone else to their own improvements and put all your time and energy into YOU!
