Why do you do the things you do?  Is it because you know you are already good at it or because its something you want to do?  We all want to be good at our stuff.  But if you only do the things you are good at then you will miss the chance to find out the other things you might be good at.  Don't be afraid of not being the best at it when you start.  Give yourself time.  If there is something you want to do then do it.  Do it because you WANT to do it.  I saw an interview with Matt Fraser and he said he didn't get into Crossfit to be good.  He wanted to be great.  I think this can be applied to everyone else also .  He didn't know if he would be good at it or not but he didn't want to just be ok.  He wanted to be great so he MADE himself be great.  This is how we need to attack the things we want to do.  Try it.  If you like it then continue.  When you continue then don't just sort of do it......  Fully do it!!  Don't expect greatness to happen the second you do it. Give yourself the chance to improve and excel.  You will get there.  and even if you don't, you'll be stoked that you are doing what you want to do:)
