I had a great seminar in Houston this past weekend.  After talking with all the different folks, I'm realizing that as we get older we get worse instead of better when it comes to managing our stress. We hold on to things longer than we need to, just because.  We get overly fired up on things that really don't matter.  And we forget about all the good things we have going on in our lives and tend to deal only with all the bad.  There has to be a balance to these things.  We can't just forget all the issues in our lives but we still need to REGULARLY see the good things and smile.  We need to be thankful for the things we do have, rather than only getting pissed about the things we don't.  There really is no such thing as a perfect life and because of that, we need to be able to enjoy the things we like and quest towards a world that has more of them.  All the while enjoying the trip to get there.  I hope your weekend is great!  Take a deep breath and smile. It will make you feel so much better:)
